On the face, under the lower lip in the midline, in the depression (the mento-labial groove) between the point of the chin and the lower lip.
Governing Vessel 16
The point is located on the midline at the nape of the neck in the large hollow immediately below the external occipital protuberance.

When a loose fist is made, at the ulnar end of the distal palmar crease proximal to the 5th metacarpal phalangeal joint at the junction of the red & white skin.
